Caleb Flynn now at Toledo Correctional Institution
Caleb Flynn was convicted of shooting and killing his wife, Ashley, in their Tipp City home in February earlier this month. Caleb Flynn, convicted of aggravated murder, has been transferred to the Toledo Correctional Institution in Toledo from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) to begin his prison sentences. On October 5, a Miami County Common Pleas Court Judge Jeannine Pratt sentenced Flynn to life without parole for murdering his wife, Ashley, and staging the scene as though it was a home burglary. Flynn is asking the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals to reverse the judgment. He must serve a 16-year prison sentence for gun specifications and another nine years for tampering with evidence counts before he can begin his sentences.
