Prosecutors allege that 21-year-old Brin Smith lured SedOSkey to an abandoned Boysville facility, where she was attacked by her killers. The plea includes a mandatory minimum sentence of 40 years in prison for Smith. Five people have already been convicted in Sed's death and one more is currently awaiting trial.

MONROE COUNTY, Michigan — One of the six people charged in the killing of a Monroe woman entered a no contest plea to a murder charge Tuesday.
Prosecutors say 21-year-old Brin Smith, of Frenchtown Township, lured Sedoskey to the facility under the impression that they would spend time there alone. Once there, Sedoskey was attacked by her killers.
Additional terms of the plea included a mandatory minimum sentence of 40 years in prison for Smith.
Five people have now been convicted for their involvement in Sedoskey's death. One more person is currently awaiting trial.
