Rep. Marcy Kaptur is in a hotly contested rematch against Republican Derek Merrin in a district that grew redder in last year’s map redraw. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio), the longest-serving woman in Congress and a longtime GOP target, is in a rematch against Republican Derek Merrin in a district that grew redder in last year's map redraw.
