Andrew Shively died after being shot by an unknown suspect outside St. Paul's Community Center on Friday afternoon. Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a person of interest in the fatal shooting of 36-year-old man, Andrew Shively, outside St. Paul's Community Center in downtown Toledo. The shooting occurred shortly after 3 p.m. Shively was found with a gunshot wound and later died from his injuries. Police believe an intoxicated person with a firearm was responsible for the shooting.
