A 23-year-old woman in Toledo, Ohio, has been hit by thieves who stripped her Jeep Cherokee's tires in three minutes while it was parked in a busy Kroger parking lot. The theft occurred during her shift shift at the Kroger on Jackman Road. The thief then removed the driver's side wheels, leaving the tires, rims, lug nuts, hubs, and even folded up the left side of the vehicle.
