Toledo man, Richard Ulch, has been charged with two felony counts of rape and one felony count of aggravated burglary following an alleged home break-in. Ulch is accused of breaking into a home and having sexual intercourse with the victim without her consent. He is also facing separate charges of theft, impersonating a police officer, and larceny. Ulach is scheduled for arraignment on Monday, October 26.
